I just ran my first marathon last weekend in Cincinnati with a 3:46. I was very disappointed with my time but started cramping at mile 14 and still managed to finish.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run another marathon this October in 3:15 while staying injury free
Long-Term Running Goals:
Not sure what my long term goals are right now. Just started distance running in January and I would like to remain injury free so I can use my knees when I get older.
Personal:
Currently doing a year of volunteer service in Eastern Kentucky repairing homes.
